Varma Amanda

Varma, the largest private investor in Finland, buys, renovates and rents both commercial and residential buildings around the country. In 2017, Varma acquired their most upscale property yet: Amanda on the corner of Eteläesplanadi and Fabianinkatu right in the center of Helsinki’s most famous walking street.

We were tasked with creating an identity to match the blend of old and new that is distinctive in Amanda. Quality materials and a harmonious colour palette were derived from hues and elements used in 19th century Finnish architecture.
