About the role

This is a full-time role as a Strategist at Werklig. As a Strategist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in strategic brand development. This includes conducting insight and foresight studies, analyzing data, facilitating strategic work and workshops, developing brand strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Driving Werklig's thought leadership through writing articles, posts and event presentation are key part of the position. While the role is located in Helsinki, there is flexibility for some remote work.

What we think are important qualities:

• 5 years + work experience in the field
• Experience in strategic brand development
• Strong analytical and research skills, ability to crystallize and draw conclusions
• Excellent business, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proven record of facilitating workshops
• Proficiency in market analysis and trend forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)
• Evidence of broad business acumen — client-side work experience is a plus
• Experience in the creative industry and collaborating with design functions is a plus
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
